Chester Zoo Trip

Last Friday we had a lovely trip to Chester Zoo. We learnt a lot about deforestation, the animals this affects and animals and plants that can be found in the tropical rainforests around the world.

Is it Barcelona in disguise?

Last week the boy’s football team played and BEAT Holy Name Primary School in a good old fashioned Manchester derby. The team played a brilliant game, characterised by a strong ‘parking of the bus’ mentality in the second half.

Conserving Our Local Environment

This week we have had Chester Zoo outreach team in again to discuss with us our local environment and how we can conserve it. At the end of our session we discussed how we could make an immediate improvement so as a class we did a school litter pick.
