Picasso Portraits

The children have really enjoyed looking at Picasso this term.  They have produced some fantastic Picasso style self portraits. They will be used to create a corridor display outside the year 5 classrooms. Make sure you come and have a look at the display.  Here’s a sneak preview…

Ancient Greece and the Olympics

In history we’ve been looking at Ancient Greece. We have used Ancient Greek vases to find out about the Olympics and the sports that people participated in.  We found out that running, boxing, chariot racing, long jump, discuss and javelin were all events at the Olympics in Ancient Greece.

Circuit Training
